Isabella House
A co-occurring residential treatment facility for women who are pregnant and/or parenting and experiencing substance use disorders.

About
Isabella House is a co-occurring residential treatment facility for women who are pregnant and/or parenting and experiencing substance use disorders. Integrated services address substance use, mental health needs, and parenting support in a coordinated, family-centered setting.
We are a variable length of stay program, with a maximum stay of 6 months. Progress through the program is based on individual growth. Individuals advance through program phases by completing applications, assignments, and skill-building activities that reflect readiness for increased responsibility. The program supports recovery, life skills, and preparation for an individual’s next step in their recovery journey.
Family Support
Eligible children stay with their mothers during treatment, reducing barriers to care and supporting family stability. Children attend the onsite therapeutic childcare while mothers participate in treatment activities.

Here’s what our participants say.

“The Isabella House is very like home — it feels like a home. It’s an older house, but it’s very homey.”

“I’ve been almost three years now clean. I have a job. I got all custody back of all three of my girls. I’m getting ready to move out of my apartment into a house.”

“I went to treatment four times before Isabella. And every treatment center before this, I’ve never even met a person that thrived afterwards. Always go back. Always, always, always. But Isabella house, that doesn’t happen. It’s wild.”

“They changed my entire life. My sobriety has been extremely successful. Having a job, raising my children, cutting people out of my life that I don’t need to have in my life — they give you all those tools…If I wouldn’t have gotten to that program, my life could have been completely different. I thank God every day.”
