Insurance & Payment Options

New Horizon Care Centers does not turn anyone away due to an inability to pay. We accept Medicare, Medicaid, most private insurance plans, and private-pay clients. We also offer sliding fee payment arrangements to help make services accessible to everyone.

Our Intensive Outpatient Groups for Substance Use and Co-Occurring Disorders offer a supportive and empowering environment where you can begin your journey toward healing. Designed for those ready to make positive changes, these programs provide structured therapy, peer support, and practical tools to manage challenges and build a healthier, more balanced life. You don’t have to face this alone, our caring team is here to guide you every step of the way, helping you gain strength, resilience, and hope for a brighter future. Join us and take the first step toward lasting recovery and well-being. Work with your counselor to pick which group works specifically for your needs. We offer evening, afternoon, and morning group sessions either in-person or by telehealth.

Moral Recognition Therapy (MRT) is a compassionate and empowering approach designed to help individuals reconnect with their core values and develop a stronger sense of integrity. Through engaging conversations and reflective exercises, MRT encourages personal growth, self-awareness, and positive decision-making. It’s a supportive journey toward understanding oneself better, building healthier relationships, and embracing a meaningful, crime-free life. Whether you’re seeking change or new perspectives, MRT offers a welcoming environment to start your path toward personal transformation. We offer in-person and telehealth groups.

Medication Management is a personalized and caring service designed to help you get the most out of your medications. Our dedicated team works closely with you to ensure your treatments are safe, effective, and tailored to your unique needs. We provide clear guidance, regular monitoring, and support to help you stay on track, manage any side effects, and achieve your health goals. With medication management, you can feel confident and supported every step of the way toward better well-being and a healthier future. Schedule an appointment. We offer DUI assessments as mandated by court, this are conducted by a certified professional to determine your individual involvement with alcohol or drugs and recommend appropriate treatment of education. These assessments take about 2 hours include a review of legal history. The Court Team Liaison works with their team to ensure you are advocated for through your legal journey. We offer two individual Specialist who have lived experience in mental health and/or Substance Use Recovery who are trained to support you while your facing similar challenges. They provide nonclinical, relationship-based support including mentorship, advocacy, and goal setting to help you regain control over your life. They provide community support groups and individual care.

Wherever you are in your journey, we offer several different types of outpatient group either in person or telehealth. Depending on your individual needs, you can work with your counselor and find out which group works best for you. We offer groups to address trauma, relapse prevention, relationships, and finding your inner peace.

Substance Use Disorder Assessments for Washington State are comprehensive and supportive evaluations designed to help you understand your substance use and explore the best path to recovery. Conducted by trained professionals, these assessments provide a safe space to discuss your experiences, identify challenges, and develop personalized treatment plans. Whether you’re seeking help for yourself or a loved one, our goal is to offer clarity, guidance, and encouragement on your journey toward healthier living. Assessments are Walk In, first come first served, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am and 1:00 pm.

Frequently Asked Questions

Attendance varies based on your individual treatment plan. Some clients attend a few hours per week, while others participate several days each week.

Not necessarily. Staff can discuss your current substance use and help determine the safest and most appropriate next steps, including whether detox or a higher level of care may be needed first.

We accept Medicaid, some private insurances, self pay, and have a sliding fee scale.

Relapse does not mean failure. Treatment staff will work with you to reassess your needs, strengthen your recovery plan, and provide additional support.
