At New Horizon Care Centers, we believe every individual deserves compassionate, respectful, and personalized care. Since 1980, we have served the Spokane community by providing substance use disorder treatment, mental health counseling, gambling treatment, and recovery support services for individuals and families seeking hope and healing.
As a nonprofit organization, our mission is rooted in honoring the dignity and worth of every person we serve. We recognize that recovery is not one-size-fits-all, which is why our programs are tailored to meet the unique needs, strengths, and goals of each individual.
Our Mission
New Horizon Care Centers is dedicated to providing nurturing, individualized care to those experiencing substance use disorders, mental health challenges, violence, homelessness, and related life difficulties. We strive to offer hope, encouragement, and support while empowering individuals to build healthier, more stable futures.
Who We Serve
We proudly serve adults, families, pregnant and parenting women, individuals with co-occurring mental health needs, and members of the LGBTQ+ community in a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment. Our programs are designed to meet people where they are in their recovery journey while helping them develop the tools and confidence needed for long-term success.
